let's say..
"HOLY CRAP! got pimples attack! must sleep early tonight!!!"
and in the end:
hmm.. it's still early.
hmm, i still have things to check online. i'll online for another half an hour.
and another half an hour.
and another half an hour.
until the usual time my circadian rhythm has preserved.
and then.. CRAP! i was supposedta sleep early!
before i go to bed, i set my phone alarm to two hours before class. eg if class starts at 10
and finally:
hmm. it's still early. i can afford to sleep for another 15 minutes.
and another 15 minutes..
another 30 minutes.
and another 15 minutes.
and then.. OH CRAP! it's 9.15!!

and i never apply it to studying.
never was there a time where i'd say:
ok! today i study for 2 hours.
hmm, like not enough, study for another half an hour la.
and another half an hour.
and another half an hour.
NOPE!
instead i study for one hour 52 minutes and
EH STOMACH HUNGRY go eat at peppercorn. 8 minutes walk there then exactly 2 hours! weeeee!!
