I guess it's because everyone is born to know how to judge, just like everyone is born to think and create opinions.

It is exactly our thoughts that constitute our judgment.
When they are wrong in terms of facts, I think it is only natural that people correct them.

However, I always wonder why there are some people that find a need to force their opinions on others.

Is it insecurity?
Or is it because they are too secure, and when people seemingly challenge their opinion, they get defensive?

But really.. you never know.
